比賽 Competition

殘疾人羽毛球使用標準羽毛球場作賽，唯輪椅及下肢組在比賽區域上有所不同。殘疾人羽毛球比賽規則，除輪椅組略有不同外，其餘的均與健全人士羽毛球相同。國際賽事中，比賽多分設小組賽及淘汰賽，並以直接得分、21分一局、三局兩勝者為勝。企立組的比賽場地可為木板地或膠地，輪椅組則只會在木地板上進行賽事，以便輪椅運動員比賽時能有效地控制輪椅。

While Para badminton competition is conducted on a standard badminton court, the competition area will be adjusted for wheelchair and lower limbs classes. Except for wheelchair class events, competition rules for Para badminton are the same as those for regular badminton. In international events,, competitions are usually divided into two stages – Pool and Elimination rounds. A match consists of the best of three games of 21 points; the player winning a rally shall add a point to its score. Standing class athletes will compete on either wooden or rubber floor while wheelchair athletes will compete on wooden court only for the purpose of better wheelchair control.
